"The bad part is i made reservation an they didn't have my room for me and told me they didn't have one and when i showed them my reservation was made they put in in a room but told me they were going to move me to a different one so this was not good after your long trip so i didn't bring my bags ..."

Only a very few restaurants and not one served decaf coffee. Had to go to Buffalo to get a cup of decaf coffee. We won’t stay in Groesbeck again.

When I first booked my room Amanda called to notify me I had booked a smoking room and asked if I intended to do that. I felt she went above and beyond to confirm what I needed which was indeed a non-smoking room. She also kept breakfast late for us.
