Staff were helpful to a point. Food served were cold no real care given towards preparation. This did not only me with the food issues other persons as the same problems but choose not to say anything. There sewer system needs emidiate attention, a very strong toxic stench coming through all the floor vents even on the outside of the property this stench is very imminent. The question is would I visit the island yes but not that hotel.

The staff was very helpful, kind and pleasant. The property needs maintenance and inside the rooms weren't the best. The external part of the property is beautiful and the beach access very convenient. If the rooms were well maintained I would have given it a better rating.

Generally, the stay, at an all inclusive package was not bad. The variety of food from the one main resturant was on point. They maintained local combinations at a good quality. The bar had variety of local brands and the bar guys adjust to your palette. I've experienced better room layouts but the outdoor beach activities are good to keep your stay and the kids outside occupied. All in, the stay, based on an all inclusive was good. If your intention is to be out on the island, I recommend the Mariena Bay Gardens hotel. Where I visited as part of the Bay Garden experience, and rent a car and purchase food at the local restaurants (the Beacon recommended, if you are in the south side). All in, an overal good experience (7.5/10)

The property was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice, and the air conditioning was excellent. However, the resort has no elevators, and when I booked the stay, I noted that the trip was to celebrate my mother's 85th birthday. They put us on the third floor, and it took 3 days to move us to the first floor. We never found the water park for which they gave us free passes.

Staff tried their best to be accommodating. The first night we had to request a room change because after a family member took a shower the bathroom was flooded. The last day before we checked out after being in the room for four days, there was someone’s underwear under the bed, it didn’t belong to anyone in my party. The breakfast was ok, a variety of fruit and an omelet station. We enjoyed the pizza, although one night there was a bug cooked into the pizza toppin The beach was clean, we enjoyed it. The water slide was very challenging for kids and adults. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub.

Definitely love this property. It is nice that it is literally steps from the beach. Got to tour their next door resort they are opening, absolutely beautiful. Everyone here was soo welcoming and accommodating. We tried to do their watersport but unfortunately it didn't work out. The rooms are nice and spacious. I would say the only negative was the beds. You can feel the springs through the mattress. Not comfortable but we enjoyed our time so we didn't let it bother us! My two teenage daughters had a great time at the Waterpark. Highlight for all of us was the catamaran trip! The beach and property were absolutely beautiful! Would definitely recommend!
