"Excellent apartment hotel with mini kitchen/studio type room. Rather tricky to navigate to as stranger to Heidelberg, lots of one way systems, tram no go areas, road works to negotiate. Once found car park behind hotel, definitely decided not moving til we left! But good bus service -33- into old town and university square areas from stop outside. VERY busy dual carriageway to get across on way back from town, could do with a pedestrian crossing much closer by. Car park and breakfast were pricier than normal additions to the bill, but breakfast very good. Room a decent size, good shower and comfy bed. "

"The staff was extremely helpful in a stressful situation after our previous booking fell through. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable and the breakfast was the best we had in 4 cities on our trip. The bar staff was also very friendly and accommodating as well. Based on that (unplanned) stay we'll be booking other locations in the future. "
