"The staff was nice. I won't use this site to book if we stay again. We had the squeeky bed in the diagonal room. The other rooms looked better. Book with them. Beautiful surroundings. Dinner was awesome and breakfast was great, with made to order eggs. Cooked correctly. (That's hard to find) No fan I guess and so that means open windows. Summer can get hot!"

"I really enjoyed my short stay at Hotel Gratz. The sauna was fantastic and really helped me recover after doing an ultramarathon (which is why I traveled to the area). I also appreciated the hotel offering me early breakfast on the day of my race so I could get some food in advance. Note that the rooms (at least the one I stayed in) don't have kettles so you can't make your own coffee/tea. Breakfast does usually have a bit of a late start time (8:00) so something to consider if you're an early...

Gott om plats för att mötas i hotellets lounge-delar och kök. Rent och fint. Lugnt. Uppskattade verandorna, som låg i sol efter kl.10.30 på dagen. För morgonkaffe eller ligga i solsängarna för en lugn dag.Uppskattar uppvärmt rum för att torka pjäxor och förvara skidor. Hade varit trevligt med en resturang, om man inte vill gå ut. The breakfast was mediocre for a hotel in this price range. We also found the staff a bit inattentive throughout our stay, but all in all would definitely consider this hotel for another stay in Bad Gastein."
