The “Auszeit” vacation rental, located in Building 2, Apartment No. 2, awaits you in Großenbrode, right on the Baltic Sea beach. The apartment is located in the “Vier Jahreszeiten” complex and combines modern comfort with a relaxed, nature-oriented atmosphere—ideal for couples or those seeking relaxation who value high-quality amenities and attractive surroundings.

With a living area of 46 m², the apartment offers a bright and open floor plan. You’ll find a cozy double bed (180×200 cm) for restful nights and a large closet for your vacation wardrobe. The sleeping area can be separated by a curtain. The cozy sofa corner (converts to a 140 × 200 cm bed) in the adjacent living area—which flows seamlessly into the dining area and kitchen—adds to your comfort. The open kitchen is fully equipped and includes, among other things, a 2-burner stove, a separate glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, and a Nespresso espresso machine. Contemporary kitchen appliances, dishes, and all necessary utensils are, of course, provided. The dining table in the living area provides space for shared meals in a relaxed atmosphere.

The apartment features a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, mirror, toilet, and a hair dryer. A shared washer and dryer are available for your convenience, and ironing facilities are also provided.

A special highlight is the covered balcony, which is furnished with patio furniture and its own beach chair. This offers you a pleasant outdoor space in almost any weather—with a fantastic view of the beach, the sea, and the surrounding landscape. With its southwestern exposure, you can enjoy direct access to the Baltic Sea air and the special coastal atmosphere around the clock.

The non-smoking apartment is equipped with a TV, CD player, and radio. A free private parking space is included with the vacation rental and is available for use. The building is accessible by elevator.

The vacation rental’s location is distinguished by its immediate proximity to the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach—you can reach it in just a few steps (distance: approx. 100 m). From here, a wide range of recreational activities awaits you: swimming, beach volleyball, surfing, windsurfing, and various other water sports are available, as are cycling, jogging, Nordic walking, and strolls along the promenade and through the natural, rural surroundings. Within a comfortable walking distance, you’ll find shopping options (approx. 500 m), restaurants, medical care, and ATMs.

Complex:

The “Vier Jahreszeiten” vacation complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square meters.
The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cozy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade.
In buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 elevators and a laundry room with 2 washers and 2 dryers (available for a fee) in each building. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests of the complex.
A large parking lot with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.

The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
