The hotel is fantastic, situated in a lovely quiet part of Sirmione away from the busy town centre but also close enough for a very short walk into town. However, it is the staff that really set this hotel apart. From the receptionists, waiters, cleaners, spa , pool and restaurant staff, everyone is so kind and attentive. And of course, the cats, turtles and dog! The Spa itself seems brand new and is well maintained, a massive bonus to this hotel. The outdoor area has comfortable sun beds and a lovely sitting area, the only thing I would say is that the pool is very cold. 10/10."
