Not bad for the money
"Considering there is not much around this area for lodging, the place was more than adequate for one night. It is about 30 miles from Yosemite village so if you don't want to drive back and forth, you may want to pay more and stay in the village."

It’s a tiny town on the edge of Yosemite. The people are friendly, and they sport the oldest operating bar in the state.

So glad Evergreen was saved from the fire of 2013 otherwise we never would have been able to experience this truly unique property. It’s hard to get to but worth the drive.

Loved rush creek lodge, and valley view. Rim of the world was also lovely at sunset! There aren’t many dining options at Groveland though...

- NO restaurant/bar onsite as advertised in the off-season (Nov-May), so fill up at restaurant(s) / grocery store in Groveland (11 mls away), or Rush Creek Lodge / Yosemite Village - Pool/hot tub closed in winter
