"The apt was funky but functional. The furniture looked like it came from a yard sale, but the bed was so uncomfortable that we left a day early. Our backs couldn't take one more day! The chairs and sofa were so low to the ground we had to add pillows to sit on. Great off street parking and very quiet neighborhood. "Very nice property, right by the beach. Very cleanly and nice."

"Wish we could take this place and move it into a different location. The neighborhood felt very unsafe and is in an affordable living area. It is walking distance to the beach which is around a 15 minute walk however the walk to the beach is not pleasant. Busy streets and industrial buildings and RV’s. For the price we paid we should have stayed in Avila beach."
