Located on the 2nd floor with elevator, this very quiet studio has a view of the port and the sea. It includes:
- two sleeping areas with a sofa bed and a single bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a comfortable lounge to relax after a day of walking;
- a balcony to get some fresh air and enjoy the view;
- a shared pool, open from May 15 to October 15, from 8 am to 8 pm.

You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.

Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: TV, coffee machine, refrigerator, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are provided at extra cost.

You will have access to a parking/ garage during your stay.

The apartment is ideally located:
- 600 m from the city center.
- 1 km from the large beach.

For your small daily shopping, a supermarket "Carrefour Express" is 12 minutes walk.

During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as:
- the Capitelle at 7 minutes on foot;
- the Château de Gruissan at 17 minutes;
- the Salin of the island Saint-Martin de Gruissan 5 minutes by car;
- the Beach of Chalets 15 minutes, and many more.
