- Villa Maison Lagune bleue (3-star rating), accommodating up to 4–5 people, is situated in the Résidence Le Clos des Pins in Gruissan – right on the Lagune du Grazel and just a few steps from the beach. The peaceful, virtually car-free location, with access to the pedestrian promenade, offers the ideal setting for a relaxing break by the Mediterranean.
Newly renovated in 2025. The house is comfortably furnished for couples and families and features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, each with a shower and toilet. All rooms are air-conditioned: living room, dining room, kitchen and bedrooms. On the ground floor is the modern, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. A cosy living area with a sofa, table, TV with ASTRA/SAT German and international channels, all French channels via Orange TV, and fast Wi-Fi provide additional comfort.
The sunny south-west-facing terrace, complete with garden furniture, sunshades and an outdoor shower, is perfect for relaxing and spending time outdoors.
Shops, restaurants, bars and a bakery are all within 3 minutes’ walk.
