"Great hotel. Well situated. It is a 15min walk to the Old Town Square. There is a shopping centre over the road. The hotel staff were very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and had a great window seat. Our room had a veiw over the city. The room was very good size and very clean. "

"After entering reception desk I was advised by staff that there is no possibility of parking car because I didn't book parking place before coming. I answered that I didn't realise such necessity from my booking confirmation and on Hotels.com was only info that venue has a parking place. For my question what I can do now with my car receptionist told me that it isn't her problem and only mine and I can park in the other hotel in the neighbourhood. Taking this advise in consideration I advise receptionist that I cancel my stay and would use hotel which she advert to me not only for my car but also for me so I moved my accommodation to Poznań City Park Hotel "
