"El desayuno muy rico, muy buena ubicación, la habitación en lo personal me gustó muy amplia y limpia, solamente que el olor a humedad me afectó mucho las alergias, estuvimos en la habitación Termal y la piscina privada fue muy buena solamente que me hubiera gustado un poco menos hirviendo el agua, no podíamos mantenernos más de 30min dentro por lo caliente"

"Hotel muy limpio y cuidado, las habitaciones son tambien amplias. El desayuno bueno y suficiente, hay algo de buffet(fruta, cereales,zumo y cafe) y te dan a elegir un plato de 4 que hay en el menu(panqueques,huevos,tortilla...). Por la tarde hacen palomitas y hay cafe gratis yodo el dia. Al llegar te dan muchas indicaciones para disfrutar de Monteverde."

"Had a great time with the family inc young kids. Lots of pool time and beautiful views of the volcano. It rained a lot, as expected, but that didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves at all. We kept most of the activities to the AM and hung around the property in the PM."

"Our best stay while in Costa Rica. Big breakfast buffet, six pools (one big one, one small one, and 4 semi-private pools), tons of birds hanging out in the beautiful landscaping, close to La Fortuna waterfall, rustic but comfortable rooms with big balconies, good off-street parking, WiFi worked fine. Mini-bar was a little expensive, but what hotel's isn't? Staff were a little stiff, and they shut off the AC in our room when we were gone for the day, but other than that, pretty fantastic."
