Location is good.
Third time checking in within 2 week span. Made reservations for my family (3) and they demanded a $450 pesos surcharge for my son (15 yrs).
The room we reserved sleeps four we stayed an additional night same room same number of people as previos day and still demanded the additional charge.
Expedia priced the night at the same price regardless of 1,2,3 or 4 people in the room.
The surcharge of $450 pesos for my teenage son was incredibly an outrageous demand.
The room was great, clean.
Bed - VERY FIRM.
Bathroom- Shower is so powerful water leaks all the way out to the room.
Elevator- Only the right elevator leads to the lobby, so if the left elevator opens you have to send it to a another floor in order to call the roght one to be able for you to leave.
Money safe- it worked great only that is as light as my purse and you can literally walk away with it.
The views GREAT.
Typical traffic, not to crazy. Walking distance from EVERYTHING.
Janitorial staff AMAZING.
Gentleman who helped carry our luggage - SUPER AMAZING.
The front staff?-- Not so friendly. Not super welcoming. The other staff had better customer service that the front staff. Still okay nice, but as a front desk, better guest services would be more appreciated.
Great location for wandering the historic centre. Very large modern room with a view of the beautiful church. The room had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable, good hot shower and nice toiletries. We would happily stay again.
Room was great front desk was friendly. Breakfast was cook to order not buffet style. The location was perfect to walk and see everything in Centro Guadalajara

Clean room | Hood breakfast | AC sometimes worked sometimes it didn’t.
The shower water gets all out it’s a mess and the water smells pretty bad as well, the decoration it’s nice and location is good but you hear everything since it’s in the center.
New hotel just open 2 weeks ago. Need a few things but overall very nice friendly staff. If you need to stay in downtown area of guadalajara its perfect. They need to work on morning breakfast very limited but free so it's ok.
The water smells like sewer. They gave me the option of not staying there and I would get the refund. So I booked with a different hotel across the street but I never got my refund and of course they never responded any of my emails My reservation was on the 17th of June to the 20th of June. They lied to me about having a water problem that it was all of Guadalajara but it’s just in this hotel.
the water coming out of the pipes smell terrible and I ask the staff and they told me that the water in the area has that issue. The towels smell pretty bad
the building has been remodeled and looks good, but the issues with the water are too much,
No air condition broken the room it was dirty the floor also and the bathroom it was looks like it was in construction. They never finishand all the details in the bathroom they never told me about the one elevated to go all the way and and I have to take another elevator to go on one floor and then catch the other elevator to the other floor. It was so confusing they never told me anything about it.
El lugar es súper funcional, las habitaciones tienen una buena imagen, buena vista, líneas de tren súper cerca y el hotel es céntrico lo recomiendo al 100
