El lugar es para lo que se supone se debe hacer en un viaje, solo descansar, con un ambiente agradable y muy relajado. Sin duda volvería a hospedarme ahí en un futuro viaje a Guadalajara.

fue una experiencia horrible no hubo nadie para recibirnos y al final quedamos una hora encerrados en el hotel la persona de rececion nunca llego y nos dijeron que hubo un error y no nos podian hospedar

Una decepción... al reservar mencionaba baño privado y fue baño compartido; también mencionaba 2 camas matrimoniales y sólo fueron 1 matrimonial y otra individual. Al hacer check in y check out, nunca contestaron el teléfono que aparece en el portal. Céntrica ubicación.

Hotel cerca de mi sitio de interés CNSF

Al llegar estaba empezando a llover y no nos abrian, el hotel es una casa antigua adaptada que con un esfuerzo podrían mejorar . Nos asignaron el cuarto Pedro Infante, la ventana no serraba y lo peor la puerta tampoco, tuvimos que poner un sillón para que no se abriera la puerta antigua de madera. Gracias.

Una antigua mansión

Carlos es un excelente anfitrión. Siempre dispuesto a ayudar, responde rápido, y da opciones para solucionar/ayudar en tu estancia. Mi único consejo es que el baño necesita ser limpiado con más frecuencia.

Not quite what I expected

First off...there is no signage, or a visible door to open, or a buzzer to the actual address listed. Secondly, the room that I reserved and paid for was not available, but I was resituated into what was ultimately a quite nice house in a neighborhood about 2 km west, closer to Ave Chapultepec. So, while not quite what I anticipated, I don't have any major gripes.
