Mal desde que llegamos, la persona de la recepción muy despota, recerbe 3 avitaciones y, me dice que no que solo eran 2, era media noche y le pregunto que se puede hacer y me responde no se hable con su agente porque solo puedo darle 2 entonces llamo por teléfono y expedía se comunica con ellos y de esa manera me solucionan pero yo ya estaba de mal humor, en la habitación no había toallas y no nos dieron el control de la televisión que porque no tenían, en fin no volveremos a ese lugar

De acuerdo a la experiencia que se llevo en el hotel no tiene las condiciones necesarias para serlo, ya que no cumple ni con los aspectos principales que debe tener. La zona en la que esta ubicado el hotel es insegura,desorganizado, sucio, había cucarachas, no sirve la televisión, inseguridad en la habitación por los cables y cerrojo, la cama incomoda y mas.

Pues no había Aire acondicionado en la habitación, también nos dejaron sin luz. No puedo creer que un hotel que en verdad parece muy bueno en internet. No tenga manera de solventar un apagón de luz, no podía creer que no tuvieran planta de luz.. Fue terrible!!!

Experiencia desagradable y peligrosa

Una experiencia pésima , reserve a través de Internet, cuando llegue no tenían ninguna información y tampoco hicieron nada por comprobar la reservación , los dos hombres que estaban en recepción fueron muy desatentos y descorteses ( considerando que eran las 23:00 Hrs). La calle del hotel es muy angosta y está en reparación tuve que entrar de reversa, había mujeres de la vida alegre en la calle, hay antros de mala reputación cerca por lo que pasan por enfrente del hotel grupos de jóvenes no muy educados, iba con mi esposa hija e hijo menor de edad. MI PEOR EXPERIENCIA

Pésimas condiciones de la habitación "superior" el equipamiento de la habitación era pésimo, otras tenían pantalla plana y edredón,al llegar la recepcionista preguntó q tarifa me habían dado siendo q se reservó por hoteles.com, en el restarante sólo servían huevo al gusto y café soluble. Lo único bueno fue la atención del bell boy del 1er dia. No recomiendo el hotel.Además la asesora de hoteles.con lo recomendó diciendo q estaba calificado con 100 y al verificar sólo tenía 43.
