"Ce logement est bien spacieux ,très bien situé pour découvrir Basse Terre. Il est situé à côté de la superbe plage de Malendure et à proximité des ilets pigeon, de la route de la traversée ce qui permet de bien rayonner en voiture. Notre fils a passé pas mal de temps dans le hamac de ma terrasse exterieure bien agréable pour les repas. Les chambres sont climatisées .L'accueil d'Huguette et de son mari a été chaleureux. Des fruits,du lait nous attendaient ."

"Eric met us at property to show us around and settle us in. Property was as described in the listing and we had most things we needed. The apartment is very spacious with all facilities needed. It was great to relax in the pool at the end of the day and the garden is pretty and well maintained. We would stay here again if we returned to Guadeloupe."

"This is an excellent property. Lovely accommodations, a beautiful swimming pool, vistas, a private path to Leroux Beach, fully equipped kitchen, and very quiet. The sound of the ocean waves are soothing. The hostess Aude was exceptionally helpful from answering questions to referring us find William, Pelican Safari Tours, who provided transfers,tours, and friendship. "We enjoyed a relaxing stay at Villa Rubis. The view is excellent, and the villa is modern and well appointed. Air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms worked very well and there is a washing machine but no dishwasher. WiFi is slow. The villa was presented clean. The pool is large for this type of rental. "The unit was great, the wives were happy to have a two washing machines for use, but had to use the traditional methods for drying our cloths, which is fine. Great area, close to everything needed, surf beaches, or calmer beaches. Bring your own towels though, the ones provided are not enough and have an awkward mold like odor to them. Beautiful grounds, spacious for pets to run around, felt safe. The only other odd thing was that the Master unit did not have a toilet, so we had to go out to the...

"The villa was just as described online. A lovely space in a tranquil setting with a great view. Our hostess couldn't have been better. She brought beverages and breakfast due to our late arrival and recommended a day trip to a botanical garden which we enjoyed. We appreciated the cleanliness and would highly recommend the villa to others."

"We (two families of 9) had an incredible 2 weeks stay. The owners, Helene and Pascal, could not have been nicer or more helpful (they were in a small bungalow next door so available if needed but never in the way). We used the outdoor kitchen exclusively and lived around the pool or in the ocean. The floating dock and last section of stairs had been ripped out by a storm, but a temporary ladder was available and worked fine, although we did miss the floating dock.
