"Eric met us at property to show us around and settle us in. Property was as described in the listing and we had most things we needed. The apartment is very spacious with all facilities needed. It was great to relax in the pool at the end of the day and the garden is pretty and well maintained. We would stay here again if we returned to Guadeloupe."

"Ce logement est bien spacieux ,très bien situé pour découvrir Basse Terre. Il est situé à côté de la superbe plage de Malendure et à proximité des ilets pigeon, de la route de la traversée ce qui permet de bien rayonner en voiture. Notre fils a passé pas mal de temps dans le hamac de ma terrasse exterieure bien agréable pour les repas. Les chambres sont climatisées .L'accueil d'Huguette et de son mari a été chaleureux. "The villa was just as described online. A lovely space in a tranquil setting with a great view. Our hostess couldn't have been better. She brought beverages and breakfast due to our late arrival and recommended a day trip to a botanical garden which we enjoyed. The owners, Helene and Pascal, could not have been nicer or more helpful (they were in a small bungalow next door so available if needed but never in the way). "This property is very clean, private, spacious and beautiful. It looks even better in real life than on the pictures. We had a very peaceful stay and wish we could have stayed longer. It was 5-6 minutes drive to Pearl Beach or Deshaies. 5 minute walk on pathway south to Gadet Beach, a calmer cove for swimming and much less visited than the big beaches. Agréable séjour dans un oasis de verdure
"Nous sommes ravies d’avoir choisi la villa d’Ivan pour notre premier voyage entre soeurs. La maison était telle que décrite. La climatisation dans chaque chambre est essentielle pour passer de bonnes nuits.Nous avons bien profité de la piscine qui était toujours propre. Le petit marché du vendredi à l’épicerie Leclerc est sympathique. L’immense croque-livres au coin de la rue est assez impressionnant. Nous avons eu d’agréables discussions avec Ivan qui nous a donné de bonnes recommandations et qui par ailleurs sait se montrer discret. Sa petite chienne connaît ses limites, elle est bien mignonne. Nous recommandons sans hésitation."
