"This is a great sea Ranch property. It is a good balance of close to the ocean at a reasonable price. Highway one is right behind the property, but the noise did not bother us. The place is very well updated with lots of great amenities, including an espresso maker. It was very clean and has a great layout. The only thing that was a little hard to use was the outside patio area as there was a lot of dirt on the table and chairs so we did not eat outside. The location is great and it is easy to walk down to the beach."

"We had a fabulous stay. We enjoyed how comfortable the house was and the beautiful view of the ocean. We had a minor issue with a leaking dishwasher which was attended to quickly. We look forward to returning and staying in this wonderful home again."

"Very nice property and thank you. I do want to report that dining room window that opens is missing a screen…didn’t realize it though until a bat and yellow jacket got in the house, then promptly closed it. Also, master bedroom shades don’t work and are stuck half open. Other than that, fantastic! The home is better stocked with dishes, glasses, eating utensils, knives, coffee than any other VRBO property in the area and hot tub is awesome, thanks!"
