"The reservation was lost, we could only pay cash or by bank transfer, no parking close by, the room we got was spacious, but on 2 and 3 day never received housekeeping. The breakfast /coffee was always empty by 9 am. Many lights were burned out. Not the service we expected, there was seldom any one around to ask for help. It was pretty much do it yourself, once you paid and got the key."

Since we arrived earlier, we went to have some breakfast, during this time, one of the managers called and told us that our room was not available anymore since he wanted a 50% of the payment done previously by deposit, even though we had booked with hotels.com and...

"Communication was great with the owners/managers. Olga was exceptionally helpful. Our room, however, was not pleasant. No hot water in the kitchen. No hot water in the bathroom sink plus faucet handle fell off. No shower curtain until we asked for it. Broken toilet roll holder. Handwritten notes asking for maid tip (no service ever) and also to take care of trash (no bags provided), Mop bucket left in room with mop in it. My sister got locked in her room as the door lock jammed. Freezing room....
