NO EXISTE HOTEL, FRAUDE

No existe ningún hotel con este nombre en la dirección que te dan! Y nadie lo conoce. No existe este hotel. Es un fraude . Los números de teléfono tampoco te llevan a ningun lado, llegamos 4 pm a Guanajuato, hasta las 8 pm no tuvimos a donde ir . Y hoteles.com me tuvo 2 horas esperando reubicación y no pasó nada hasta que decidí reservar en otra aplicación. Mal servicio tanto de este supuesto hotel y la aplicación. Por favor devuélvanme mi depósito. GRACIAS
