"Set in a medevil village of granite, overlooking the castle. Crude in an authentic way. Quiet and comfortable."

"The location is gorgeous and the history so interesting. The best part was that a local knew the owner and called him after we spent over an hour looking for the location. He met us and drove with us to the house. Wonderful gentleman. I suggest you speak to the owner and get more detail on the location."

"Lovely, welcoming town and easy check in process. House is up a steep road but the views are worth it. The owner was attentive to our needs and promptly responded to any issues we had. The house is the last one on the road and the surrounding views from all windows and porch were amazing. We spent many hours on the porch watching the birds on the hillsides around us and the light change on the mountains across the valley. The access to the Serra da Estrela is wonderful and it is worth a walk...

"La casa nos permitió descansar y ponernos a resguardo de la abundante lluvia de ese fin de semana, pero la casa necesita mejoras significativas de cara a la comodidad de los huéspedes. Hay que sustituir bombillas fundidas, poner wifi, papeleras en los baños, cambiar la ubicación de la televisión porque sobre la chimenea es un peligro (el mando de la TV estaba destrozado), y reponer leña para los días fríos.
