After my surgery and recovery which was around 1 month I realized the horrible mistake. "It was peaceful and quiet place to rest. Having private carpark was good. The host gave us a bottle of Rosé wine which we were pleasantly surprised. The Aircon unit in the place had only heating function, the cooling function was not available. Tried to let in fresh cool air by opening the windows but there was no insect screens so the insects flew in as well. In the end, we slept in the room that was warm and stuffy. It would have great if fans were provided."

"The property has so much to offer. The amenities and the grounds are impeccable. The 2 restaurants are well managed and the food was excellent. Compliments the 2 sommeliers like Maurizio. The highlight of our stay was the spa and pool at the spa. The landscape is beautiful. Overall, my wife and I had a great time at Castelfalfi and we plan to return."
