Shuttle to the airport available for a small fee (if you have a lot of stuff) otherwise it’s a 10 minute easy walk. My only gripe is they could have included a couple more pillows. Otherwise, great easy clean stay."

"Staff was very friendly and anxious to make sure we were happy. The room was spacious, linen and towels were high quality. Hot water cane immediately and shower was so nice. The breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit and the orange juice was the best. "

"The hotel is very nice and the restaurant has very nice meals. The breakfast in the morning is buffet style and well maintained by the staff. The staff are very friendly and the place is very well looked after. Hotel did not have a fitness centre and the bar while staffed was somewhat underwhelming. Beds are firm but still comfortable. Please be aware there is no on street parking and the hotel’s underground parking costs 15€ per day."

"Great location if you have business at the University of hospital. Very friendly staff and great, great breakfast. Basic amenities for those who need a room mainly to sleep in. Missed a gym but found ample running trails. Would stay there again for sure."

"I had made the booking for two rooms for a business trip, unfortunately plans changed due to a family bereavement, the app would not allow me to change the booking dates, I contacted the Hotels.Com contact centre and explained the situation, they attempted to call the property as the revised dates I required were available. The hotel front desk did not answer and the contact centre advised they will ensure the date will be changed for both rooms, I received an email confirming the change was made after they made contact with the hotel front desk two days later. I then kept receiving emails asking how my check in was on the original dates which I asked to be changed, worried I called the contact centre again, they reconfirmed the dates were amended for both rooms. Upon arriving to the property, the hotel advised they only made a change to one of the booking dates and classified the second booking as a "No Show" for the original dates. I had to waste another hour explaining the situation, providing email confirmations and evidence. This was not acceptable as it took one hour to attempt checking in with both rooms which were already prepaid. I was advised by the duty manager to take the matter up with Hotels.Com - very poor experience..."
