"This hotel was truly amazing! It exceeded my expectations. The rooms are clean and well insulated from noise. The beds feel firm but are actually comfortable. The staff were absolutely spectacular! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, and had a smile on their face. The front desk was a pleasure to deal with! They were so friendly and polite and always had a smile on their face. The breakfast buffet was really good most days, with fresh fruit, fruit juice, breads, soup, omelet, rice, meats, pancakes, etc. Edgar is the manager and is on top of everything. He’ll notice if you need anything before you ask. The staff working the buffet are also spectacular and deserve a lot of credit for their hard work! The area is safe and close to many restaurants, a mall and D-1, Carrulla, Éxito express supermarkets, all within walking distance. There is also a food court downstairs at the hotel with a Subway, Juan Valdez, Kokorico chicken restaurant, Mexican, Japanese restaurants as well. I highly recommend the Fairfield Embajada hotel and will most certainly stay there again on my next trip to Bogota."
