First of all there is no gymn just a small room with 3 ellipticals. The restaurant is extremely expensive. No service . I was never offered coffee or anythingund you this is $95 a night . No comp breakfast. $18 for an average buffet.Maybe they think they are in Europe. They present the property like it's a resort .it's not . Stay away

My mom and I had a very bad experience at this hotel. They are not eager to help and solve a problem. Anything you ask for is “NO, so sorry we’re not allowed”. They have room service signs everywhere so we call to get room service for breakfast and “No we don’t offer room service for breakfast” we pay a lot of money to spend a day at the spa and do the hot tub treatment and their hot tub smells disgusting, you can’t even stay for one minute and they still wanted to charge us FULL PRICE for the service. They said the Manager would come give us a discount and nobody came. We asked for a drink at the bar and they said “that drink was only for the spa we can’t make it for you here”. It’s a five star hotel and everything is No and the spa is BAD. We paid for an exfoliation as well and they put the lotion and immediately took it off. (Absolutely no exfoliation) they lie in your face and just tell you “it’s the hotel’s policy”. BAD BAD customer service. Would never return.
