This hotel is very nice and located in the safest district in Guatemala City. The lobby is beautiful and the views are incredible from upper floors. The rooms are well appointed and clean, though ours was short on towels. I had to call twice just to get enough towels for my group to take showers. The restaurant is excellent and the service was attentive. I will say the staff as a whole isn't the friendliest, or the most service oriented. The front desk in particular. If you want to feel safe and stay in a nice place, its a good choice. Customer service could use improvement, especially since its a highly rated hotel.

It's a nice hotel, very close to the airport. Has a small sauna and swimming pool and hot tub which were great. Also has many restaurants, so you can stay inside the hotel if you don't want to go out.

This was such a nice hotel to stay in while visiting family! Walking distance to everything, easy uber rides to Cayala, great food/drinks on the 5th floor! Pool and jacuzzi were amazing with heated pool and large 8 person jacuzzi. Would definitely recommend.
