Gorgeous place!

Absolutely gorgeous place! We were in heaven there. It’s a beautiful lodge in a field of colorful flowers. And the location is wonderful—it’s in the adorable mountainous town of Upala, right by Sensoria and La Catedral, both of which I highly recommend (but farther some of the other hiking trails). The staff are kind and helpful with booking activities, and the dog who lives there, Canela, is super sweet. My recommendations for the owners are to provide extra blankets because it can get a little chilly at night! Also, our room had a screen on one window but not the other, and lots of bugs got in, so I’d recommend making sure all the windows are screened! But those issues were small, and our stay at Oski was a big highlight of our trip :)

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
No running water, no electricity, no Wi-Fi and no ac or running fan. If you are heading there from San Jose think twice, it’s a 6-7 hr bus ride at the min.
