  • Enjoy the elegance and comfort of our apartment in the exclusive Puerto Santa Ana neighborhood, surrounded by excellent restaurants, cafes, and outdoor spaces just a few steps away. Plus, you’ll have access to our social area with a pool, sauna, hot tub, and gym, featuring stunning views of the Guayas River so you can relax and have fun during your stay.

    PARKING🚙
    We do not have private parking, but we’d be happy to arrange a spot for you through a friend who owns a parking lot. They charge $10 per night.
    If you happen to need parking, please let us know in advance so we can secure a spot for you, as parking is scarce in the area.

    Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m., and check-out is by 11:00 a.m.

    VISITORS🛑
    As part of the building’s rules, visitors are not permitted on the premises.
    Only registered guests are permitted to enter.

    ✔️ Do not walk through the hallways in a swimsuit, shirtless, barefoot, or with alcoholic beverages.
    ✔️ Guests are not allowed; only the people listed on the reservation may be on the premises.
    ✔️ Stains on returned sheets and towels will be charged ($20 each).
