"It is a disgrace to call this hotel a 5 stars and even worse, an autograph collection hotel. Staff was horribly trained, food was awful and overpriced, no concierge. Phone in room did nor work, fridge did not work. I paiud for two nights and left after one."

"The Gabala Karavansaray Hotel was a clean modern hotel about a ten minute walk from the centre of Gabala. The rooms were modern and spacious. The indoor pool and steam room were an added bonus. The breakfast provided plenty of options and was of a great quality. The only slight issue was the lack of dining options close by the hotel but there are plenty of choices in town. I would definitely stay here again if in Gabala."
