Downsides: Hot water ran out at a critical moment when trying to take a shower. Evidently this is a common complaint. Be aware… Also, the advertised indoor pool would have been fantastic - except that it isn’t heated, thus cold as can be. We skipped that. The hotel is right next to I-101 and while the windows are great, there is a bit of ambient noise during the night. Not much. Otherwise this hotel is beautiful, nice and modern, with beautiful furnishings. It is a mere 6 min to Healdsburg and close to other nearby towns. Affordable for sure! "
