Despite booking a four-bed room, we were given a room with only three beds, indicating a possible miscommunication between the hotel and Hotels.com. While the staff were polite, the issues with room allocation and the underwhelming breakfast left us unsatisfied. We recommend that Hotel B&B improves communication with booking platforms to prevent such discrepancies. Additionally, investing in more spacious rooms and enhancing the breakfast offerings would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.
