This charming, small, 25 m² house boasts a living/bedroom with a kitchen unit and a separate bathroom. The bright living room is furnished with modern furnishings, including a comfortable sofa bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The kitchen unit is equipped with a stove, a refrigerator, a kettle and a coffee maker. The bathroom boasts a shower, a sink, a mirror, a hairdryer and a toilet. In front of the house is a wooden patio, from where - due to its elevated location - you can enjoy the beautiful views of the finca all the way to the Atlantic Ocean.
