"The area is amazing, well located to metro but all that is needed is on the road anyways. It is so safe and quiet in the evenings, we felt very safe. Close by to tourist sites but away from the bustle. Matthias was very help, gives great recommendations and advice based on your interest. The very late evening reception is not helpful, one man that sits there and doesn’t even greet you and not helpful with anything you ask. Everything else is great at this hotel, breakfast is incredible - so much variety and quality."

"Our "family" room was a good size (3 people for this trip, but could fit 4). The bedding and pillows were very comfortable. The bathroom is unusual in that it has two entries, one of which is a curtain that is semi-transparent and faces the glass shower... The glass shower also has one side partially open, so you'll need to stand right in the corner to avoid soaking the floor. The room fridge included bottled water, 2 sparkling and 2 regular, in large glass bottles! We filled our reusable water bottles with the regular water and ice from the ice machine on our floor for day trips and enjoyed the sparkling water in room at the end of a long day. The hotel was located just a 5 minute walk from Gare Monparnasse, shops and restaurants, making it easy to get around Paris. The staff were all helpful and front desk was also accessible via WhatsApp! We were able to store our luggage securely when we arrived earlier than expected. I liked how we could tap our room keys on the elevator controls to automatically and easily get one of many elevators straight to our floor. One downside: we didn't try the Umami breakfast buffet, but had planned to visit the "Grab + Go" counter to pick something up before a couple of early morning departures for a timed entry. Unfortunately they failed to open at 7am that Saturday as posted in their hours, and after waiting 20 minutes we had to scramble to go elsewhere to find breakfast before heading to our destination. Overall an excellent stay!"

"The room with the terrace was great! The terrace was spacious and with views towards the Eiffel Tower. The furniture is a bit round out but the bed is comfortable and the size of the room is correct."

"Great location, south Paris. Bus stop, Tram, Metro, very convenient. Park the car in the hotel underground parking for 20 euros per night and use public transit. Room was clean. Cleaning staff was ready to come by every day, but we declined by leaving the sign up that indicated we were in the room. Zero complaints about this hotel."
