"Stayed as getting early international flight. Hotel well located and easy to get to from train. Clean and bright, nice room, comfortable bed. Only negatives are the restaurants. Had the worst cream tea ever at one and awful service at the Asian restaurant with the food being average but highly priced"

"The hotel’s location obviously is convenient and room was great! The only problem I had is that it was very difficult to find the hotel entrance from the terminal. They definitely need to put up signs, The airport employees couldn’t even point me in the right direction."

"We cleared Heathrow Terminal 5 after midnight and had trouble finding the pod service that would take us to the hotel. No one working at that hour could tell us what the service was called or where to connect with it. When we found it, we were only told we'd be taken to a car park, with no confirmation that the hotel was anywhere near it. And then, when we arrived at the locked gate on the way to reception, we didn't know what to do. When it's dark and there's no helpful signage, it's easy to feel you've been conned."

"Staff are exceptionally helpful. Location is right in town center near all shops and restaurants. If staying in the summer request a fan. Other than that everything is perfect"
