"The only problem was the slope in the bath. In order to get under the shower, you have to walk uphill and stand on the slope. That makes it feel precarious and slippery, and I don't think it's very safe."

"We stayed on a floor that has recently been renovated. Rooms are nicely done. The room we booked is accessible with a wet bath. We were able to change it to a standard room without charge. Service is great. They willingly brought over a mini-fridge for our use. The fridge fits nicely in the closet. Location is good. Very close to the busy shopping areas and within walking distance from the train station."

"Very decent stay considering the price. Good sized room with outstanding view of the airport runway. Soundproof glass so couldn't hear a thing. Good working space and mini fridge. Blackout blinds. Would have preferred a standup shower as opposed to a bath/shower. Bed was comfortable but a little soft for my liking. Decent food options downstairs."

"As always an excellent place to stay before an early flight from Heathrow, as the flight times had changed was able to enjoy breakfast at the Radisson, a great choice on the buffet, both hot and cold catering for all needs. Will definitely be staying again."
