"Hotel is adequate, location is great. Staff mixed, First Lady on reception could not do enough to assist, the lady in the second day was not the same. The breakfast was poor,"
"I stayed for three weeks to visit family, and I chose the Travelodge because it was so close to them. But generally speaking the location cannot be beat, the hotel is mere steps from the underground and Balham is a wonderful base for a London visit, with loads of shops and great restaurants. The hotel caters mainly to short stays of 1-2 nights, but once I settled in things went well. Staff is available around the clock, when I had to ask for help it was given.
On the down side, there is no AC...
"If you do Not want to sleep it is the place to be. Every time someone showered it was as if it was in my room. There was some massive type of plumbing noise at anytime of the night it was terrible at 1 am or 4 am was it someone or something else I do not know. The ladies at the reception were very helpful and pleasant. The good thing is the location"
"checking in was fast , room was ready , staff very nice and very helpful , location excellent , shops and eateries near by, in short the whole experience was excellent. The best pillows i have ever use in any 5 star hotel in the world, they gave me the website where i can buy them as they dont sell thier own which i would have bought to take home to Abuja because of thier comfort."
