Nature and Relaxation Unwind in a peaceful, remote setting with access to scenic roads and nearby small-town charm. Whether you’re kayaking on the pond, exploring local attractions, or simply enjoying time with family, Dragonwood provides the perfect backdrop for your vacation.
1) To respect the neighbors and the wildlife quite time is 11pm. No excessive outside noise of any kind after 10:45 in preparation for quiet time. Excessive is defined as noise neighbors can clearly hear. This includes loud indoor music, signing or talking that can be heard at the other homes around the lake.

2) We must be aware of Events at the time of booking

3)One pet is welcome, they must be treated for fleas and ticks. They must have a valid rabies certificate. Pet fee is $50 per pet. Pets must be accompanied by a caregiver at all times, if you need a pet sitter please let us know.

4)$250 fine for smoking inside the homes or on the balconies.

5)Excessive stains on laundry will generate an additional charge.

6) Guests must be 25 years of age to reserve a reservation.
