This charming studio is designed to combine modern comfort with a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, creating the perfect retreat after a day of exploring.

The sleeping area features a plush double bed adorned with soft cushions, bedside tables, and warm lighting that creates a calm and inviting ambiance. Large windows fill the space with natural light, making the studio feel bright and airy throughout the day. All beds come with hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

The compact kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including an oven, stovetop, kettle, and coffee maker—perfect for preparing meals or enjoying a slow morning coffee. A small sitting area with two chairs and a coffee table offers a comfortable spot to dine or relax.

Lastly, the modern bathroom includes a sleek shower and a well-positioned sink, while a washing machine is also available for added convenience during your stay. Fresh towels are provided for your comfort.

The space is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Guests will have complete access to the studio on the 1st floor. Please note, there is no elevator available in the building.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

A comfortable and well-located apartment in Guimarães, close to the historic city center, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Guests can explore Guimarães Castle, the Palace of the Dukes of Braganza, and the charming medieval streets filled with cafés, restaurants, and local shops.

The city also offers beautiful squares, cultural attractions, and scenic viewpoints such as Penha Mountain, accessible by cable car. Perfect for discovering Portugal’s rich history, culture, and traditional northern charm.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest train station, Guimarães (Linha de Guimarães), is approximately a 10–15 minute walk from the property, offering regular connections to Porto (São Bento / Campanhã) and surrounding areas.

Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport (OPO) is about a 40–45 minute drive from the property, depending on traffic.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 2 PM, pending availability and confirmation.


There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.


Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.


For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.


Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
