"The property was clean and has been updated, but the walls are thin, I could hear the people in the room next door and showers running when in the hall. The staff are great and very helpful. The drivers for the shuttle are very helpful and went above and beyond to take me to the rental car location."

"I am beyond frustrated with my experience at this hotel. The fact that they took my money without telling me the air conditioning was not working is completely unacceptable. Had I known there was no air conditioning, I would have never booked or stayed here. This is basic information that guests deserve to know before being charged. My kids and I slept in a room with the windows up to get a little air. To make matters even worse, I was given completely incorrect information about the shuttle service. I planned my transportation based on what I was told, only to find out the information was wrong, causing unnecessary stress and delays. The lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism is shocking. I wasn’t provided not one apology, only handed a card to email the assistant manger.,It feels incredibly dishonest to charge guests for a room while failing to disclose a major issue like no air conditioning. Combined with the misinformation about the shuttle, this turned what should have been a simple stay into a frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected much better customer service and accountability. I will not be returning and would strongly encourage others to think twice before booking here."
