"I will NEVER stay at any other hotel while visiting Baltimore. The Westin gets a 10 out of 10 from both me and my hubby. Super clean from the front desk to the room. The breakfast buffet was one of the best we have EVER had, we were in awe. There was an event going on the weekend we were there so parking kinda sucked, but, after that it was all good. The bed was so super comfy, it was hard getting out of bed. I am literally in love with the Westin. Thank you!"

"Check in was extremely fast even with one person working the front desk. The line went very quickly and she was efficient and polite. This stay was absolutely fine for a quick overnight stay (we were in town for a concert) but I wouldn’t stay longer. The carpet in our room had some random wet spots in it so we didn’t feel comfortable walking barefoot and our room had an unpleasant smell compared to the hallway. The shower left standing water in it when in use but our bed was very comfortable with great pillows. Stay was okay for the price and staff was extremely polite."

"The AC was not working in the Hotel and was not going to be fixed during our stay. I spoke to the front desk and they told me since I had booked through Travelocity I would need to cancel with them and even though I had a non refundable room travelocity would contact them and they would agree and not run my card. The hotel had already been paid for when I booked. When I contacted Travelocity, they said it should not be a problem after they contacted the Hotel. After several days (which I had already stayed somewhere and paid for it.) I received an email from Travelocity that my refund was denied. - truly unacceptable."
