"Nice location, near airport and restaurants. Room was spotless and comfortable, breakfast foods a good variety, though the coffee wasn't good. Plenty of towels in the bathroom without needing to ask for more. Shower was long and narrow, with no shelf to put your own toiletries and wasn't hot enough. Quiet and well priced. Check-in was time consuming, and when one of the key cards didn't work, there was a too-lengthy process to get a new one. Lots of parking. Biggest complaint was that though there were several lamps in the room, the desk had no light. "

"We only stayed one night pre-cruise, and this hotel mostly met our needs. Our check in was quick and friendly. I also really liked the cucumber citrus water available near the front desk. The breakfast had good variety and was plentiful. Our room was ok, however we could never get hot water in the sink or shower. When we inquired, we were told the faucets may be backward, but we tried each way several times to no avail. I ended up microwaving water to wash my face and took a cold shower. I would probably choose a different hotel next time."

"Loud and uncomfortable. The beds are like rocks and traffic. Sounds like a drag strip next-door. Impossible to sleep move on if you’re eating a good night sleep before a task in the morning."
