"First and foremost - the location of this hotel is top tier. Quiet enough to get a great night's sleep but so close to everything that even a cheap uber is not required! This is the shining star consideration of this hotel. We did have a few hiccups but I did not allow it to shy away from giving this hotel a perfect rating. We had a petite king suite with a small balcony overlooking the pool. The room was very small to our liking, but I take into heavy consideration that all of the properties in this area are historic and are limited to reconstruction, so that is part of the deal. Tip, if you're over 6'5" like my spouse, this room is not for you, lol. We made the best of it though. :) Our only main issue was the AC. It would shut off for long periods of time at night, until the room got very balmy and we would literally wake up in sweats. It takes a very long time to readjust to cooling at night. In the day, this isn't an issue. The pool is perfectly sized and the water adjusted to the blazing heat or afternoon temperate cool. We loved it. The lobby is gorgeous, photo worthy and always filled with fresh, cool cucumber water for consumption. I will highly recommend this hotel for anyone who wants to make the best of their trip in the French Quarter."

"Bathroom was a little to small. For the price of the stay, I feel there should have been more Bathroom space. Getting in and out the shower was a hassle. The toilet was in the way or the bathroom door was in the way."
