"We loved everything about this hotel. We couldn't stop saying how well kept it was. Only small thing that I noticed, while at the pool everyone was given nice big towels and was asked by staff if they wanted to place orders for drinks/food. The 4 times my son and I were out there we weren't ever brought towels or asked about purchasing anything. We didnt care too much since we probably wouldnt have ordered plus we had grabbed our own towels but was just an observation. Everyone was very welcoming and accommodating. We were able to stay alittle later to enjoy the beautiful weather on the last day of our visit. So that was greatly appreciated."

"The location was great for an Astros game. Parking can be valet (more pricey) or the garage in front, note you will have to park in the upper levels since the first 3 floors are for residents of the apt complex. The room was small but the bed was extremely comfortable."

"The best part about our room was that it was on the 10th floor and we had no noise, we were able to reset and not have to worry about neighbors or children. The bed was not as comfortable, the bath was not ideal and those two things did put a dent in our comfort. I think that it can be over looked by hitting the pool bar, Zoe was great. The little Coconut that could was delicious but when Zoe made the bloody Mary it hit in just the right way. The inside bar had a great service as well, Wesley and Liberty fixed us up with a Espresso Martini and the Banana's Fosters was literally on fire thanks to the show Wesley entertained us with. Wesley was a great listener and helped us feel seen and at ease. The icing on the cake was dinner at the Steakhouse Marko was so great he went above an beyond to help us know exactly what to order and nothing disappointed. With some congestion starting i was not able to smell but when i mentioned it to Marko he suggested some ginger. As soon as i had it my nose cleared up and the food just got better. We had a stuffed shrimp as an appetizer, Flounder with broccolini, and the Steak special melted in your mouth. The dessert was a great end and the crème brulee always satisfies. So apart from the little mishaps the staff lived up to what we wanted and paid for. We will be recommending it and coming back."

"The staff wasn’t really nice and the rooms was was not clean like that. It was a bad spread, but overall I have fun at the casino the club that was inside the bar. It was nice. We had a really good time me and my husband and our friend was really nice."

"Mi habitación estaba limpia ,incluyendo sábanas y toallas ,es un hotel viejo y poco atendido en su exterior principalmente, merece una pintura ,más mantenimiento en las escaleras y preocuparse por los sistemas contra incendio q no existen ,están las estaciones vacias y la del ultimo piso sin cristal ,,por lo demás nada q decir ,repito ,mi habitación estaba bien para el tipo de hotel q es."
