"The onsite restaurant was less than desirable. It took them 45min to get us our dinner and were a bit unorganized. Rooms were nice and clean and the property was well maintained."

"The first couple nights were fine. The pool and pool bar were fun, the proximity to the Riverwalk was great. On the third morning, we woke up to find that the hotel was starting a renovation project. The lobby was cleared, the pool was drained, and there were construction workers and machines everywhere. Nobody warned us that this was coming. We had planned to enjoy our last full day at the pool and instead had to spend a couple hours arguing with Hilton to get compensated, which was unsuccessful. None of the hotel employees seemed to care that everyone was majorly inconvenienced. We ended up having to switch to another hotel for our last night. Sadly, I would never go back here. "

"I didn’t get the room that I requested, room that they put my family was like a motel room I found Cellphone behind wall and bed headboard, joint and whole weekend it smelled like weed. Managers were actually the worst. Staff was ok. Not recommended Old and dirty. Not a resort like. More like motel. If you book through Expedia they don’t want to work with customer at all. "

"We enjoyed our stay at Moody Gardens Friday through Sunday. We were there for Showtime Internationals Competition weekend. Moody Gardens was also hosting Ironman. There was plenty parking, everything was clean from lobby to poolside. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had lunch at the Cafe the food was amazing. We purchased tickets for the day pass for Moody Gardens attractions which is just a short walk from the hotel. The hotel room was spacious as well as the bathroom. Bedding was very comfortable. Overall stay was great. We will be staying again in the future. "

"Staff was always helpful and very polite. Had a view of the pool and beach from our balcony. Sometimes elevators were very busy, especially during check in and check out times. Would definately recommend thus hotel"
