"Staff was amazing. We had a room on the side but still saw the beach a little bit and that was good enough for us. Super easy access to the beach and clean. We didnt had their breakfast but had dinner and that was pretty good! "

"We had an overall average stay at this hotel. The room itself was clean, and daily housekeeping service was excellent, very consistent and thorough. The bellhop service was also good and professional. However, the ongoing construction on the hotel grounds was quite loud and became annoying after a while, especially during the day. It definitely impacted the overall experience. We also ordered room service one evening. It was inconvenient trying to locate the menu, even with the QR code system. We ended up ordering a hamburger, which arrived cold with soggy fries and was delivered in a styrofoam container. That was disappointing and didn’t feel like the quality you’d expect from hotel dining. Overall, there were some positives, but the construction noise and room service experience brought the stay down to average for us."

"Shonna responded quickly when we had questions. The location was perfect and the property itself was clean. Them deck off the master bedroom was terrific!"

"The walls and carpet were stained and dirty. Signs of bedbugs throughout the room. The matress was very very old, falling apart with foam contents coming out of the bottom side. Mattress had large blood stains. We did not stay, checked out and went to a different hotel."
