"I really don't get all of the positive reviews I've seen about this property. Those reviews ultimately led me to book a stay. When I walked into our room, there were stains all over the carpet. The towels, the comforter, and the tub were all stained. The room was nasty. I went to the front desk and requested a different room, but of course, there wasn't anything else available. Disgusting"

"The breakfast was in a separate building which wasn’t bad but no meat/protein only pancakes, eggs, biscuit, cereal and pastries. The rooms were clean but no where to hang your clothes. They ran out of towels and wash cloths when needed more. Pool Was open and clean. Property was clean. Nice area. Safe. "

"Our stay was very nice. The hotel and rooms were clean. The breakfast was really good. The only problem we had was that we had to wait 3 hours for our room to be ready. The front desk was suppose to notify me when it was ready but didn't. I found out by going up and asking. "

"Everything was great! Our room was clean and my girls loved the bunk beds! We stayed in a lake view room and even though it wasn’t a gulf view…the views were still beautiful and relaxing. We ate breakfast at the hotel restaurant one morning. It was good a little expensive but loved the options on the menu and the option of not having to leave the property. Overall we loved it! "
