New mattresses .Full service kitchen with new stainless appliances, .Upgraded cable television and WiFi throughout. Freshly painted with new flooring and kitchen cabinets Patio with adjoining play yard. Easy access to pool (50 feet) and beach (75 feet to boardwalk). Ground floor eliminates long waits for the elevators. Handicap parking in front of unit.

Beach Club facilities include five pools, hot tub, tennis courts, exercise facilities, spa, bike rental available, basketball court, pickleball court, and playground. The Beach Club also offers a full calendar of activities for kids and adults. Some Beach Club amenities at extra charge.

Enjoy fine dining and full bar at Coast Restaurant. Poolside grill for casual dining and food trucks available in season.

We loved staying here! It’s ground level so the kids can just walk out to go to the pool or beach. Everything was very clean when we arrived. We enjoyed our stay and hope to rent this unit again!

Great, relaxing, family vacation

The property was fabulous! We loved the location of the condo. Whether we wanted to go to the beach or Bristol tower pool, both were in gray proximity. Our kids loved playing in the grassy area and the adults loved the decorations and layout of condo. We will stay here again!

Relaxing and comfortable

From the minute you walked in the condos, you could see the gulf. It was well furnished and relaxing. Our family enjoyed the easy walk out of the condo, without any stairs. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place!

Our stay in Bristol 104 was perfect! We have two young kids and the 1st floor condo is great for safety and a large outdoor play space. The condo is comfortable with nice furniture and electronics. We will be back!

Great, beautifully decorated, roomy, walk right out into lawn, wonderful view of the ocean.

Owners were very kind, responsive, professional, easy to work with. Condo is lavishly decorated, rooms and baths were spacious. We loved bring able to walk right out onto the well-manicured grounds, then to the pools and beach. Beach Club property and beach isn't overly crowded and very family-friendly, with fun activities available for everyone. We loved it!

Great Condo... only steps to pool, No Elevator ride needed!!

Great condo, especially with kids. Only steps to pool, and we didn't ride an elevator once! We had everything we needed, even more, and the owner is very responsive and nice. We will definitely book this condo again! The Beach Club is family friendly and the staff is too!
