A Piece of Paradise with 5 stars

Why I’m a 5 star condo. Comments most used by our guests; clean, neat, comfortable, convenient, great pool, peaceful ,relaxing and close to everything. The other comment is it feels like home..

I have been redecorated due to Sally. It has a touch of elegance but a fun beach theme.
Everything is new, furniture, lazy boy furniture in living room, new kitchen, new appliances, new floors.

Living room is comfortable & inviting with recliners and sofa by lazy boy.
Dining room is bright & cheery with plenty of room for 6 people. There are glass sliding doors in dining room with mini blinds built right in the doors. A view to the south of the patio and woods.
Kitchen is brand new with all new appliances. It is filled with appliances such as Keurig, , waffle iron, toaster, blender, crockpot, plus all the pots & pans that one needs to fix meals there plus dinnerware and glasses.

Your first cup of coffee is on us, along with paper towels, has kitchen towels, salt, pepper etc.
Brand new washer and dryer with detergent.

Master bedroom is cozy & decorated in Black & White with a king size bed brand new mattress and new vinyl wood floors. Bathroom has brand new cabinets, floors, counter tops with double sinks, makeup area, with a large walk-in shower, plush towels plus toilet paper furnished to start.

Second bedroom has full bed and a twin. This bath has a tub with shower. Toilet paper supplied also.
All tv’s are brand new & living room tv is a smart tv. We also have WIFI.
This is can be used as a handicapped unit.
Enjoy the outside on a pleasant patio with comfortable chairs and small table for your enjoyment. this is a great place to enjoy your first cup of coffee n the morning or a night cap watching the sun go down.
This condo has a great pool area, to enjoy and the beach is a mile and a half down Hwy 59. One of the advantages I have is the proximity of it to everything. It's located off Hwy 59 just over the inter coastal waterway. It's within walking distance to several stores, Walmart, Zaxby McDonalds, and fine dining restaurants. We now are going to have a Publix grocery store across street. Within a mile radius is Gulf State Park, Beach and Pier, Waterville, bike trails, zoo, miniature golf, baseball fields and many more things to do. If you're interested in shopping there is the Wharf, Tanger Outlet Mall & other shopping centers. If you want to take a little ride you can visit Fairhope and Daphne and Mobile.
There is also a picnic area at end of building that is covered for family get togethers and just enjoying the outside. It is also lighted for evening use.

If you love to watch the sunset there are numerous places great for that, on the beach and at end of Fort Morgan Rd, one of our favorite places is the Orange Beach park and Art Center. You just might see a dolphin or two plus the sunset.

Well worth the expense

With it not being an actual walk out your back door to the beach type condo. I highly recommended this place for your stay. Our POC was very friendly, peaceful neighborhood, the condo was very clean and the pool is clutch for the kiddos.

This little themed home is the perfect location to vacation! Right outside of the chaos but not to far away that it takes over 5 minutes to get to all the hot spots. My 3 boys fell in love as soon as we walked through the door and let me know I did a great job picking where we slept. The place was equipped with everything we needed and more! We would stay over and over again!

PERFECT STAY! Truly Paradise

This property is amazing! Fully furnished with everything you need, plus some. Very nicely furnished. Well furnished with essentials - paper products and garbage bags. The bedding was comfortable and towels were Great. Washer and dryer in unit, meant do taking stinky beach towels home. Owners were very responsive to questions and most accommodating. Will definitely stay here again. Location is central to all of Gulf Shores - close to grocery store and WalMart. People were friendly. Complex is quiet. Beautiful pool, but did not take the time to try it out. WiFi made it easy to take care of a couple of business issues that came up.

Happiness in Gulf Shores

We had a wonderful stay at LaVonne and Richard's villa. LaVonne is a fantastic host and always available for advice and help. John, the maintenance guy, was super helpful when we had an issue with the A/C and quickly responded and had it fixed the same day. The villa itself has been newly remodeled with new appliances, paint, flooring and bedding. Everything was super cleaning and LaVonne has the villa well stocked with all the essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dishwasher tabs, hand soap, laundry detergent, dry sheets and dish soap). The wifi worked great and my wife was able to work remotely without any issues. The cable TV was very adequate and I watched the NCAA basketball tournament during our stay. The furniture all appears to be new and is very comfortable. My wife loved using the Keurig to brew her coffee each morning. LaVonne had a nice welcome bowl of snack food when we arrived which was a nice touch. The pool area in the center of the complex is well kept and we enjoyed taking a dip. Parking was plentiful while we stayed and since this unit is a 1st floor villa it was very accessible. Some of the area venues that we enjoyed were the beaches (about 5-10 minute drive). Gulf state park is only 2 miles away and we enjoyed going for bike rides and walks around the lakes in the park. We went to the park almost every day for exercise and for relaxation. Walmart is just 2 blocks away for groceries and any items that you might need. Overall, we would highly recommend this villa. It comfortably sleeps 4 people. Great for a small family! We hope to come again soon and would love to stay here again if it is available! Thank you LaVonne for a wonderful vacation!

Gulf Shores Getaway

We had a good stay at the condo. Plenty of room for our family and close to the beach and stores. Condo was very well stocked. This was our second time staying here and we’d love to come back!

The perfect fit

Clean and roomy if your traveling with your family. This stay was perfect for my family of 5. The pool is right across the parking lot from the villa. Resturants and beach are less then 5 mins away. The place is fully loaded with kitchen and bathroom supplies. Easy access to enter the villa as well. Host had great communication and responds in a timely manner. We definitely will be staying again!We were traveling for my daughters softball tourney and fields were about 15 mins from this stay as well! We were very pleased and had a great time and made great memories!

Great location

We've stayed in dolphin villas before so knew we liked it. This is a ground level unit so no stairs to deal with. The decorating is great. My wife and daughters loved it. It's clean and has comfortable chairs and beds. No complaints at all. The pool is large and it's a short drive to the beach. If you're lucky you can park near the beach for free. Definitely recommended.

The unit was clean and well stocked with amenities. There was even a Keurig, creamer, and sweetener. The beach themed decor was a nice touch. The check in and check out process was super easy. The owner of the unit responded quickly to texts. The bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The bathrooms were spacious as well and the showers had massaging shower heads. The living and dining areas had ample room with a comfortable couch and recliners. This unit is just as good as any resort, without the timeshare presentation. We definitely recommend this unit and will book there again.

Comfortable and Clean!!!!

After this stay we can not wait to come back. Excellent condo. Everything we needed was furnished. Conveniently located to everything. The owners were very responsive and we couldn’t have asked for a better place. Like the title says comfortable and clean. The decor was beachy and inviting. We will definitely stay here next time we are in Gulf Shores.

Beach Wedding DJ

My husband was the DJ for a beach wedding. The brides family booked us at this amazing property. It was clean, close to everything including public beach, shopping, eating and entertainment. We highly recommend this property and would stay here again.
