We loved our stay at Crystal cove west. The balcony was our favorite spot, we were able to see dolphins and sharks from the view off the balcony. Only one complaint, there was a little bit of sand in the top bunk bed sheets. We would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful updated property. The sound of waves from the balcony were so relaxing. This condo was perfect size for my daughter, her 2 children (age 10 & 12) and myself. Lots of things to see and do close by. We would definitely stay again.

It was a nice, roomy condo. The furniture was comfortable. The kitchen was pretty big. The bathrooms were nice with soft towels. The balcony was really big with a wonderful view. I don't have any complaints at all. I would definitely recommend this property.

The listing was as described. We had wonderful weather. Condo was comfortable and clean. Condo could use some cups to use on the beach with lids. When we stripped the linens a few of the pillows were duty underneath. There were fobs listed as how you activated lock to door and no fob was provided. But overall it was great to stay in the condo. Would recommend and would stay again.

Great place and great view would have given 5 stars but there was construction going on that was very loud and woke us up every morning around 7am that we were never told about. Also woke our toddler up as well. It would have been nice to have slept in on vacation but we couldn’t ever do that. This caused the pool to be closed the entire time we were there minus one day a Sunday the only day they did not work. Overall we liked the place just not the construction going on.

The place was clean enough, nothing stellar. The kitchen had plenty of dinnerware, pots, pans, etc but there were no coffee filters or k cups, they must throw away every single thing left behind as there was no salt, pepper or cooking oil either. I have stayed at a plethora of rentals from various platforms over the years and this was the most scantily appointed one to date. Also, this building is 14 floors with two elevators for the entire building so there is almost always a line of people waiting to get on and it takes forever. The location was decent.

The property itself was very clean. Nice location. Liked the idea of a coded key entry, it was just to long to remember and often didn't open on the first or second try. Not a fan of having another code to get out to the Beach. And the biggest disappointment was the elevator. Upon arrival only one elevator was working. But the 2nd day there was no working elevator leaving us to climb 12 flights of stairs. Fortunately, we were able to get our luggage, groceries etc before the break down. But other people were not so fortunate. Overall, our stay was good, the actual condo was nice. The bed hurt our backs. But the kitchen was nicely furnished. And they left plenty of linens. Loved the location. It is was very quite at this end of the beach.

This property is dirty and not well maintained. There are only 2 elevators and often 1 wasn’t working. We stayed one week for a softball tournament. The door code stopped working after day 1 and we were locked out. Then the Wi-Fi network that was provided didn’t exist. And we were told to call the internet company who gave us a new one. Then the dryer didn’t work. Many calls (to a call center overseas) and emails later with several promise dates, we left and the dryer was never repaired. Now we’re traveling home with dirty laundry - stinky softball uniforms etc. This unit is by the ELEVATORS and very loud - at night you can hear what sounds like metal cables screeching any time the elevator is used. The AC unit is also VERY loud. One bright side is the kitchen is very well stocked.I would not stay here again and certainly not book with a rental managed by Vacasa.

When we got to the condo we couldn’t get in. We figured it was the deadbolt because the keypad was working. We got the code for the lockbox but that wouldn’t open either, so maintenance was called. Security tried too with no luck. Two hours later and no word from maintenance. We kept fiddling with it and I found a way to get it to open. We lost a bunch of food during this time because of the heat. Super frustrating. The next day we put clothes in the dryer and it wouldn’t turn on. My girls went to the pool and the code was wrong. Nobody was there to let them in so they left. Same with the gate to the beach. Now my blood is boiling! Maintenance finally called. He said he drilled out the deadbolt. I told him the deadbolt isn’t the problem. After he realized I was right, he fixed the keypad lock. When I came up to the unit my husband was outside vacuuming up the shards! Maintenance didn’t fix the dryer, but showed my husband that if you hit the left side of the door after it’s closed it will turn on, and it does. I must say, this was the most stressful and aggravating first few days of vacation we have ever had. Especially because we couldn’t get in for two hours and lost groceries. We will absolutely never come back here. I sincerely hope we’re offered some sort of reimbursement. On the brighter side…the condo is very nice, and the A/C unit keeps the entire unit cool. Great balcony with comfortable chairs. 5/5 for the unit.

This unit is in need of a good cleaning. The living room furniture seemed newer than The furniture in main bedroom was very old. While the bed was comfortable the linens were worn and in need of replacement. The tub in main bath failed to drain properly which left one standing in dirty water. I will say that the views were great and the unit itself was quiet

We loved the location of this condo. It was very clean upon arrival and had nearly everything we needed for a full week stay. The beach access code provided was incorrect but was easily remedied from a nice person also accessing the beach. With the length of our stay an addition dish towel and wash clothes along with additional dish washer pods would have been ideal. We will be back!
