Pool arm bands must be brought with you to enter. The pool closes promptly at 10:00pm. Lost bands incur a $25 fee. (5 bands provided)
Exceeding the limited number of guests, or noise complaints during quiet hours will result in notice to vacate without refund and forfeit of deposit.
No items such as clothes, towels or rugs shall be placed or hung on the patio railing. Such action will result in forfeit of deposit.
