Awesome Gulf Front 3 Bdrm,2 Ba with awesome Gulf Views, Pool & Easy Beach Access

The Sandbar Town home is a great spot to spend your beach vacation. Enjoy this nicely furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath town home that is located right on the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the upper or lower balcony and watch the dolphins play. The first level of Sandbar S-3 is made up of the lovely living room, well equipped kitchen, and Queen bedroom. The Master Suite with a King bed and private balcony are located upstairs, as well as the 3rd bedroom which has a Queen size bed. The Ft. Morgan Town homes complex also has a great swimming pool and large sun deck to enjoy. Enjoy the Sandbar Town home for your next beach vacation.
Minimum Age Requirement of 25. Rents Saturday to Saturday during main seasons unless otherwise approved by homeowner. If you have a large group you are traveling with, check out the other Fort Morgan Town homes we have available.

Needs updating and maintenance

Unfortunately, this unit is about 10 years past due on updating. Biggest concern was the leaking sliding doors.
