Kalimba Kabana is a gorgeous 3 bedroom/2 bath private beach home with amazing Gulf and Bay views. Large open decks, perfect for sunbathing or watching the sunsets. This gorgeous home offers a well stocked kitchen, perfect for cooking up a great family meal. The large open floor plan is perfect for the entire family to enjoy quality time together yet has enough room for everyone to have their own space. The beach is located just steps away, apx 900 feet from the water's edge. Curious what a Kalimba is? It is an African musical instrument with a wooden soundboard and metal keys. Come make your own music at the magnificent Kalimba Kabana!

The property was wonderful for our entire stay. Youre a very short walk from the beach where you can enjoy the day before cooling off at the house. All the amenities you could want to enjoy your time. My partner and I are already talking about staying here on our next trip!

Fantastic property. Clean and steps from a beach that was NOT crowded. It’s an easy drive into town if you feel like leaving the peace and quiet of a the secluded beach. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

This house was great. Very clean and well taken care of. The walk to the beach is so short. The house was a great size for our two families. The bunk room was a great room to have. House was well stocked with beach supplies (umbrella, chairs, boards, toys, etc) Will definitely keep this on our list of houses to stay in!

Great place! Perfect for our family vacay. Close walk to beach, 2-4min. Had garage closet w beach stuff. Small issues w dishwasher not working, or operator error. And curtain, TP & towel brackets not anchored. But did not affect our stay

Our stay at Kalimba Kabana was great. The house was very well organized and equipped for everyone to have a relaxing stay. It was a very short walk to the beach and the house has a small assortment of beach toys in the downstairs storage room. All appliances were up to date and everything worked without exception. Reed's checkin/checkout process was simple and straight forward. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. This was our 5th year to visit the Fort Morgan area and we can say the Kalimba Kabana is one of the best places to enjoy your stay. - Cheers

The beach was steps away and the views were great! We enjoyed our tea on the back porch with an amazing view! The master bedroom was spacious. The management company was responsive in trying to turn on the heat. We eventually were able to figure it out to make the house temperature more comfortable. Overall great stay!

We loved the property. This was our first stay in Fort Morgan, and it was awesome. Laid back, very quiet, very peaceful, extremely relaxing. Kalimba Kabanna did not disappoint. It was just as described. Meticulously cleaned, very well maintained, nicely furnished, and a very short walk to the beach. We will definitely be booking a spring trip back to this property and we highly recommend Reed Real estate. Great folks to deal with.

Great distance to the water! Clean house. Had everything we needed! I wish I would have known they already had chairs, sand toys, a wagon and umbrella’s before I went and purchased all of it though.
