BEACHBALL PROPERTIES VACATION RENTAL POLICIES:
RENTAL AGREEMENT: Tenant Vacation Rental Agreement must be electronically signed to secure your reservation. Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document.
NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking.
AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions.
CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.
MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates.
PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes included in reservation. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner's Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.
CANCELLATION POLICY RELAXED: Guests who cancel at least 30 days before check-in shall receive a 100% refund of the amount they have paid. For cancellations between 14 and 30 days before check-in, 50% of the total reservation costs shall be refunded. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the beginning date of the reservation, NO REFUNDS will be issued. Refunds shall not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, or inclement weather conditions including hurricanes and named storms. We do offer optional travel insurance which we highly encourage all guests to purchase.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, and travel-sized shampoo, conditioner, and soap per bathroom. Starter supplies are not intended to last for the duration of your stay. Linens are furnished but please bring your own beach towels.

A wonderful quiet relaxing weekend at the beach. Condo had everything we needed, comfortable furniture, great view, great pool and an easy walk to the beach. Highly recommend it.
Martinique is a special place- low density, 2 pools, exercise room, security and a beautifal beach right next to the Bon Secour Park ( there is nothing but sand and dunes to the east of the property). 205 East was clean, well decorated and comfortable. Beachball Properties is the leasing agent and they were superb. We had a broken toilet seat ( how embarrassing) and it was replaced within 2 hours. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary!

Martinique 205E was a wonderful condo! The view of the gulf was amazing and and the beach was quiet and beautiful. As an added bonus the sunsets were outstanding.The condo was comfortable and roomy.
The washer and dryer were so apprciated. The beds were comfortable. With the elevator and the provided carts, moving in and out was very easy. The grounds are very well maintained. The amenities were wonderful and the security was top notch. Their indoor pool on the property was wonderful in February. I highly recommend Martinique 205E. Beach ball provided excellent customer service. They were friendly, helpful and attentive. I highly recommend Beachball--they treat renters extremely well!! Check them out!!

Condo floors have been updated and they are nice. View is beautiful from the deck. Peaceful setting. We loved walking on beach. Television system was great and easy to work. Kitchen well stocked.
There was a cigarette smell each time we entered condo and there werea few areas where it looked like pets had scratched door frames. We did have a family above us with small children and the noise was terrible. We won't rent on a lower floor again. Insulation between floors is not sufficient.

Very nice condo. It was clean, well appointed and a very nice beach view. The neighborhood is a wonderful environment. The whole development is a super place to spend a relaxing time. Love it and we will return.
We loved our stay in Martinique! It is far enough from the busy Gulf Shores beaches to feel like you have the place to yourself. Yet, it is an easy drive to the center of all the dining and shopping we wanted.

This condo is perfectly located in Fort Morgan with access to a beautiful beach and private pool. The condo is spacious and has all the amenities that you need for a wonderful stay.
205 East was clean, convenient and a great place for our Spring Break Girls Trip! The ice maker was a plus!! We give 205 East 5 Stars!

We have stayed on this property for almost 10 years
The only problem I have is the mgmt company switched to polyester sheets which are incredibly hot
I have to crank the AC down at night just to stop sweating and even then I need a fan
Please please please switch back to cotton
The polyester sheets even spark when I move in them due to static electricity
This property was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our family of 6!! We LOVED how Fort Morgan beaches are way less crowded than other area beaches, and the pool, sauna, and hot tub were a very nice added bonus!! The only minor problem we experienced was trying to get our door code to work at check-in, but after talking to the property manager, we were let in condo and not long after our door code began to work, so no big deal. We had a blast and will definitely return!
Everything was great at the rental and we have an awesome trip! Only downsides were the pool was closed for renovations which we didn’t find out until we were there, but the beach was perfect for the kids to play at instead. Only other thing that I don’t think was specific to the unit was that you couldn’t put the thermostat lower than 72 degrees so it was very stuffy and hot when we first got there. After running the fans and closing all the blinds, it cooled down, but keep in mind during summer months. We thoroughly enjoyed the trip overall!
The only issue I had was you get 2 parking passes. There is NO additional parking if you want to have guests for the day. We were not aware of no additional parking.
Master bedroom could use a more comfortable mattress but other than that , this is a very nice condo. We particularly LOVED the ICE MAKER. No noise from other condos made for a peaceful stay. Beach was not crowded and has a secluded feel.

The Martinique property was lovely. The condo was nice, dated, and with several maintenance issues. The property management company Beachball was not very customer friendly. I explained in detail in an email to Beachball the issues I had and never received any acknowledgement from them. I would not rent from them again. Not sure whey they are rated so highly on vrbo.

Could use some updates and TLC
Martinique itself was quiet and not crowded, very relaxing...but the boardwalk to the beach was in need of repairs (some boards on railing had come off or had come loose and rusty nails were exposed). Unit 205E had three large screen TVs a wine refrigerator, and nice washer/dryer as upgrades, but the walls and door frames were in need of new paint. Bedding and small bath towels were a bit on the economy side...and decor definitely needs refreshing.
Master bathroom sink; water did not drain
Screen door would not close
Guest bathroom: stopper didn’t work in left sink
Iron: temperature dial doesn’t work
Mats in kitchen and in front of washer were dirty and sticky
Door frame to master suite needs painting
This is a beautiful condo that has comfortable furnishings. The area is very quiet. I will say that there are 2 negatives. 1- we were very aware of the neighbors in the condo above us. Noise levels were high from people walking above us. 2. The thermostat had to be left on 72 or higher ( per note above thermostat. ). In the afternoon the condo was 74-76 degrees and it took hours to cool the condo down. Therefore, we spent the entire stay with all blinds closed hoping to decrease the indoor temperature.

We enjoyed our time
We love Martinique and we loved our time in 205 East. The view was perfect and we were very comfortable in this condo. We loved the ice maker too!
However, the condo could use some updating though- including paint. The corner round and base boards are not the same color throughout the condo. The floor is all scratched up. The trim on the master bedroom door is all scratched up. The doors that were on tracks- none of them worked properly from the big blinds door covering up the sliding glass door, the sliding screen door, and the laundry room door kept coming off the track every time I opened it.
Regardless- we really enjoyed our time. Thank you!
