Wake up to a direct Gulf view from C709, a 7th-floor condo in The Beach Club's Catalina Tower. It's a great fit for couples and young families, and it sleeps up to 6.



THE CONDO

The updated decor uses neutral colors and stainless appliances. The balcony and living room both look straight out over the Gulf.



NO SMOKING: Smoking and vaping are not allowed in the Cataline building, including the balcony.



SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

- King master bedroom with its own bathroom

- Built-in bunk beds in the hallway, next to the half bath

- Sleeper sofa in the living room (linens provided)

Please bring your own beach towels.



ENTERTAINMENT & WIFI

There are HDTVs with DVD players in the living room and bedroom, plus cable. The condo has its own private WiFi, and there's resort-wide WiFi too.





The beds are made with white linen and bath linens are supplied. The kitchen is equipped with full size appliances, including a dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, and can opener. The cabinets are stocked with dishes, utensils, and cookware. Please bring food, coffee, garbage bags, other disposable products and detergents. There is a full size washer and dryer inside the condo for your convenience.



Only a "One Day Supply" of toiletries/detergents/disposables for the kitchen & bathrooms provided.



As our guest, you'll enjoy complimentary access to the outdoor pool, hot tub, and charcoal grilling area located at the base of the condo tower. You'll also have access to the resort's on-site dining, shopping, and spa services, including the Clubhouse restaurant, full-service salon and spa, Village shops, and the sports bar & grill.



The owner is a Clubhouse member, which gives guests the option to purchase access to the private Clubhouse amenities on a daily basis. Fees are paid directly at the Clubhouse front desk, and you only pay for the days you choose to use them. Clubhouse amenities include a heated indoor pool, fitness center, game room, locker rooms with saunas, outdoor pool with tiki bar and grill, tennis courts, and seasonal children's activities.



Seasonally, you may rent loungers with umbrellas at the beach and pay for parasailing and other beach activities. Tarps and your own beach chairs are allowed in designated areas but must be removed each night. Amenities at Beach Club are seasonal. Usually, at least one restaurant with a bar is open year-round. The rental rate is based on the season. Typically, all amenities are available from Memorial Day to Labor Day. A fireworks display is scheduled for the Fourth of July and New Year's Eve, when weather permits.



CLUBHOUSE PRICING FOR THIS 1-BEDROOM CONDO

Clubhouse Guest Pass bracelets are sold at the Clubhouse Desk, only for the days you want them. One daily fee covers everyone staying in the condo, and the daily rate goes down the more days you buy:

- 1 day: $51

- 2 days: $98 ($49/day)

- 3 days: $141 ($47/day)

- 4 days: $180 ($45/day)

- 5 days: $215 ($43/day)

- 6 days: $246 ($41/day)

- 7 days: $273 ($39/day)

POOL & BEACH

The Catalina pool and hot tub sit at the foot of the tower with a view of the beach, and loungers are provided at the pool. A boardwalk with outdoor showers leads to the beach, and wheeled coolers roll easily along it.



PARKING





Parking passes are included in your quote: 1 vehicle for 1- and 2-bedroom condos, and 2 vehicles for condos with 3 or more bedrooms. Passes for additional vehicles can be purchased for $40 each. Each driver's name is registered with The Beach Club before arrival, and drivers receive their pass at the gate. Each driver should know the condo name and departure date. No trailers or RVs are allowed past the gate.
